Because we manually read and analyze your data line by line, our standard turnaround time is 12- 15 business days from the moment you accept our quote and make payment. For exceptionally large datasets (over 1,000 rows), we will provide a custom timeline alongside your quote.
What does the final delivery look like?
You will receive a presentation-ready, professionally formatted PDF executive summary report. It includes clear thematic clustering, deep sentiment analysis, a prioritized list of actionable recommendations, and visual charts summarizing the human insights found in your data.
What if my CSV file is disorganized or messy?
That is the beauty of a manual service. Software tools break when a spreadsheet is messy, but human analysts do not. As long as your data contains a column with the text feedback you want analyzed, we can work with it. You do not need to spend hours cleaning up your file before sending it to us.

How much does the service cost?
Because data complexity and row counts vary wildly, we quote every project individually to ensure you only pay for what you need. We offer affordable entry tiers for small businesses and solo traders with smaller datasets, alongside comprehensive tiers for corporate product and HR managers.
How do I pay for my project?
Once you submit your CSV file via our quote form, we will email you a fixed-price quote. If you choose to move forward, the email will include a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and standard bank transfers. Work begins immediately once payment is processed. What if I need changes to my report? Every project includes one round of minor revisions. If you need us to adjust a specific theme, look closer at a particular data angle, or clarify a finding, just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will update your report free of charge.
